Dans le 9ème ça serait l'idéal, ou alors bas du 18ème ou 2ème arrondissement de Paris. Sinon, quelque chose d'un peu atypique. Pas sans ascenseur au dessus du 4ème étage. Plutôt parquet au sol pour le salon et la chambre(ou alors jonc de mer). Nous sommes un couple, on se marie en septembre prochain, nous avons un bon dossier, nous travaillons tous les deux + une caution parentale si besoin. Nous sommes sérieux.
